Which means that what we eat can have a profound effect on all the systems we are trying to heal and stabilize following concussion, as well as on reducing your risk for all other major ailments moving forward as you age. As you have no doubt experienced, when your body is not working optimally, it severely impacts your life. Learning how to take care of your body by fueling it properly and allowing all the engines to run smoothly will serve you now and for the rest of your life. Imagine if healthy eating was no longer confusing or complicated and didn’t elicit fears of never being able to have your favorite foods again? We believe that not only is this possible, but that it is your right to learn how to eat this way.
